Registration for the 2008 - 2009 School Year

Registration includes the following:

Child's original BIRTH CERTIFICATE (will be returned)
Copy of child's BAPTISMAL RECORD if not baptized at St. Augustine Church
IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE and completed MEDICAL EXAMINATION FORM
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (will be returned)
$10.00 non-refundable registration fee

Age Requirements

Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2008.
Children entering First Grade must be 6 years of age by October 1, 2008.

Tuition

                                                Tuition for Parishioners                      $1900.00 one child
                                                                                                              2700.00 family

                                                Tuition for Non-Parishioners              $2200.00 one child
                                                                                                              3300.00 family

Tuition is subject to change for the 2008-2009 school year.
Tuition is due monthly on the 15th from August - May.

Book Fees

                                                 $215.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for one child
                                                   380.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for two children
                                                   530.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for three or more children
                                                       5.00 Grade 2 Sacramental Fee - Reconciliation/Eucharist
                                                       5.00 Grade 7 Sacramental Fee - Confirmation
                                                     10.00 Grade 8 Confirmation/Graduation Fee
