Registration for the 2010 - 2011 School Year

Registration includes the following:

Child's original BIRTH CERTIFICATE (will be returned)
Copy of child's BAPTISMAL RECORD if not baptized at St. Augustine Church
IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE and completed MEDICAL EXAMINATION FORM
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (will be returned)
$50.00 non-refundable registration fee for new families
$10.00 non-refundable registration fee for school families

Age Requirements

Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2010.
Children entering First Grade must be 6 years of age by October 1, 2010..

Tuition

                                                Tuition for Parishioners                      $2080.00 one child
                                                                                                              2900.00 family

                                                Tuition for Non-Parishioners              $2400.00 one child
                                                                                                              3550.00 family

Tuition is subject to change for the 2010-11 school year.
Tuition is due monthly on the 5th from August - May.

Book Fees

                                                 $250.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for one child
                                                   425.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for two children
                                                   575.00 Book and Cafeteria fee for three or more children
                                                      10.00 Grade 2 Sacramental Fee - Reconciliation/Eucharist
                                                       10.00 Grade 7 & 8 Sacramental Fee - Confirmation
