Engagement
Congratulations on your engagement! We know how exciting this time can be. As you begin to discern married life together, you might find that you have questions. How do I know if I'm ready? Is this the right person? How will we learn to manage a home together? Are we ready to accept children from God?
Don't worry! These are very common questions and your wedding prep will help you to answer them!
Marriage Prep
When you've chosen a date, you'll begin meeting with the priest or deacon whom you've chosen to discuss the sacrament and receive counsel.
You'll also complete two marriage prep programs that will help you to discern married life together, help you to think through practical living questions (finances, sharing a home, disagreements, so on), and provide you with an understanding of Natural Family Planning.
Wedding Planning
As you prepare all of the details of your wedding, we encourage you to remember that your wedding is one day, but your marriage is for life! This is the perfect opportunity to solve problems together, practice finances together, and so much more!
